BILLY GOAT RAFFLEOur FUNdraising Committee had to find a safe social-distanced event this year...and so our members have winning tickets for a BILLY GOAT...their family, friends and neighbors may not like the idea of a goat delivered to their front yard. Lucky, huh? Don’t worry. We know a guy, let’s call him “Trusty Dusty,” who can arrange goat raffle
protection for you, if you know what I mean. He runs a 50:50 racket and knows the local ticket business inside and out. For only $10.00, he can make sure that your ticket is not pulled (at least not when it counts, if you know what I mean). Or for “extra” insurance, don’t hesitate to send more! Interested? To arrange protection, immediately write a check for $10 payable to Rotary Club of The Villages Evening Foundation Inc. and mail it and see to it that “Trusty Dusty” takes care of this little problem for you right away. POLO FUNEvery one has a great time. Mimosas, baked goods and a BBQ meal to finish off. The Villages Mercedes Benz Lifestyle Club joined us. Lord Lyall, Honorary Rotarian of our club, has generously hosted the polo game at the private Oxford Polo Club and also entertained us with some of his original music. We hope to have this event again in Fall of 2021 so stay tuned.
